"I chose to join AOII when I went through recruitment because I truly felt a sense of home with the sisters I had gotten a chance to talk to. I also loved the idea of giving back to a cause (arthritis) that affects my family and I every single day. The sisters of AOII showed a passion for arthritis, and each other, that was unparalleled."
How has AOII helped you throughout your time at GMU?
What does being a sister of Alpha Omicron Pi mean to you?
"Being a sister of AOII means to me making sure that I give my all to better my sorority in any way I am possible. Even if it means just checking in on a sister you haven't spoken to in a while, or helping a group of girls paint a banner all night (and end up getting my face painted)."
